The universe brought you here for a reason.

let us guess…

You found us

You are going through some type of physical ailment, healing or emotional crisis?

You seek to better understand yourself, and why the heck you were put on this Earth?

You don’t have the slightest clue what a chakra is, but you are intrigued

You are going through a spiritual awakening, and you are a little freaked out

You are an empath, intuitive or healer and you enjoy connecting with like minded souls?

You have always thought about going to a medium or psychic but don’t know who is reputable or what to expect during a reading?

You thought we were cute?

Regardless of the situation, we are here to help!

WE HAD THE SAME QUESTIONS, BUT DIDN’T KNOW WHERE TO TURN TO FOR THE ANSWERS.

We are here to share what we have learned on our journeys, but also to hit the streets in order to uncover the latest and greatest in
healing trends. Let us do the work as we hit the pavement seeking out the best healers, healing modalities, wellness and nutrition fads. We are doing all of this, so you don’t have to! If this sounds amazing, stick around, we would love to connect with you.

Jacksonville Florida, September 27 1975. Our Mother, Marge, had just successfully popped out, without drugs mind you, a beautiful baby girl. She was exhausted, but excited to have a playmate for her son Michael, who was a mere 21 months old. “Wait a minute…hold on. We hear another heartbeat!” exclaimed the resident doctor. “Yep, there’s another one in there!” Oh Sh*t. She didn’t say it, but I know that is what she was thinking. Dad was busy cracking jokes, so Mom kicked him out of the delivery room as she popped out baby number two, nine minutes later.

And there you have it, the beginning of our journey into this world. I forgot to mention that the hospital staff threw away the evidence (the sac or sacs), indicating whether or not we were identical or fraternal. We found out through genetic testing just two years ago…we are in fact, identical!

One egg that had split, yet two distinct souls. It is fascinating, once you really think about it. We always felt different…in a good way. However, people still to this day, without fail, compare the two of us. You are the prettier one, you are the heavier one, you are the fun one, you are the serious one…it goes on and on. To our faces! Really? It’s not cool. You don’t get a hall pass to inadvertently criticize us because we are twins. Feel free to complement us all you want, though☺

We had a great upbringing in Chicago, Illinois..playing sports, eating beefaroni and watching the jetsons. We ventured off to college at Arizona State University, graduating with honors in marketing. The party didn’t stop there..we headed West a bit more to put another notch in our belts at the University of San Diego, graduating with our Masters’ in Business. Yes, we lived together, dated twins (no joke), worked at the same restaurant and eventually scored jobs working at the same pharmaceutical company. We fell in love (not with the twins, but different non twins) and had beautiful healthy babies.

Life was great….until, it wasn’t so great.

Life smacked us right upside both of our heads. One received a cancer diagnosis, the other had a marriage that was falling apart. These were two very traumatic events that knocked us on our butts. In fact, we didn’t quite know how to handle them as individuals and certainly did not know how to support each other because we were busy dealing with our individual cr*p. We started to grow apart for the first time in our lives. There are a few things, however, that ultimately kept us connected. We both developed a passion for spirituality and sought ways to enhance our intuitive abilities. We also wanted to expand our knowledge about healing the body, mind and soul.

We continue to nurture our relationship to this day by going to meditations together, attending classes about spirituality, gabbing about Reiki and chakras, and studying about alternative healing modalities. Although our healing and enlightenment journeys are unique, we both have the same end goal in mind: share our journeys, and what we have learned along the way in order to help others heal.

You will hear a lot from Michelle (baby 1)  and her journey through our blog. Ok, we said that we hate being compared, but she is the writer, and to be honest, she is ready to fully share her story. Suzanne (surprise baby 2) loves to communicate and express herself in other ways, so you will see a lot of her in the videos, along with Michelle. Suzanne will share her story when she is ready….
